Your floor plan may be requested by either your broker or the landlord’s architect or designer firm (if applicable). A prepared “test fit” layout can, in any event, facilitate the development of a workable space through collaboration between us.
You haven’t a floor plan? So what? As part of designing your workspace to meet your objectives, we, at Broadway Furniture Group offer auxiliary design work leading to creating that floor plan in support of the needs at hand.
